Healing Horses Kauai Miniature Horse Outreach Program

Our Miniature Horse Outreach Program at Healing Horses Kauai offers Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT) tailored for individuals who are unable to leave their medical or educational environments. This unique initiative extends our therapeutic services to long-term care residents, preschoolers, homeschool groups, libraries and various community organizations across Kauai.

By bringing our gentle miniature horses directly to these settings, we provide an opportunity for participants to experience the healing power of equine therapy in a way that fosters engagement, movement, and connection. The presence of the horses not only motivates individuals to interact physically and emotionally but also encourages them to embrace and share the Aloha spirit.
